CAROB FUDGE

1 c dates

1 c water

1/2 c carob

1/2 c water

1 c peanut butter

1 c chopped walnuts or other nut

1 t vanilla

Ground granola

Boil dates & water till soft. In another kettle boil carob and 1/2 c water for 3 minutes stirring till smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Add enough ground granola to make a bar consistency. Press into greased pan, sprinkle with coconut and freeze. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Serve cold.
